Over 75 years of bringing safe reliable, & affordable energy to the Mountains of Eastern Kentucky Licking Valley Rural Electric Cooperative is a non-profit electric membership cooperative dedicated to serving the electricity needs of our members since 1940. Today, we bring power to more than 16,000 homes and 1,000 businesses in a 200-square-mile area of Eastern Kentucky.
