Volunteers of America Home Health of Western Colorado has been serving local communities in Montrose and Delta Counties since 2001. At Home Health of Western Colorado, we have highly experienced skilled nurses on call 24-hours/day, seven days a week, as well as home health aides, physical, occupational, and speech therapists. We offer wound care, IV therapy, disease management, medication management, surgical aftercare and many other services to help the people we care for stay in their homes – rather than move into long-term care centers (once known as nursing homes). We work closely with area health-care centers and physicians to provide the high level of care their patients, our clients and their families have come to expect from us.
