Mike Lodermeier Construction LLC

Mike Lodermeier did a fabulous job building our home! We started working with Mike during the design phase of our home, and he was open to our thoughts while being honest about budgets and logistics during that time. He asked questions and provided thoughts as we worked with our draftsman to make sure there were no "surprises" during the building process. In salvaging a few items from our old home to include in our new home, Mike and his crew took great care in helping us remove those structural items and working with our outside contractors to include those features in the best way possible in our new home. Mike was easy to work and communicate with, responsive to our questions, and most importantly, kept everything on schedule. Our home project moved along smoothly as he worked with the other professionals to keep our timelines going. Mike has also completed some smaller building projects on our farm. Again, he has been easy to communicate with, and completed those projects within our timelines and budget. Working with Mike make building our forever home a pleasure, and we would not hesitate to recommend his services!
