Dr. Nicholas J. Fangman was born and raised in the Carroll area. Dr. Fangman graduated from Kuemper Catholic High School and received his undergraduate and dentistry degrees from Creighton University and Creighton University School of Dentistry respectively. He began his practice in Carroll in 1987. Dr. Fangman is the staff dentist at St. Anthony Regional Hospital and is a member of the following professional organizations: American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, Fort Dodge Dental District (served as president in 1991), Iowa Lakes Dental Study Club (president from 2001-2003). Dr. Fangman also served at the Carroll United Way, Country Club President, Holy Spirit Board President/council member, Little League Baseball board member/coach, Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever board member, Carroll County Planning and Zoning committee member.
