As a proud member of the Bemidji community, it is my mission to provide exceptional services to those in need of legal counsel. My practice focuses on business law, contracts and basic estate planning and probate. An initial consultation with me is usually free and for many legal tasks, such as wills and the formation of business entities, flat fee billing is generally available. I graduated from Bemidji High School in 1983. I received a B.A. in Philosophy (Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of California at Berkeley in 1998. In 2001, I received my law degree from the University of California at Berkeley - Boalt Hall School of Law. Following law school I practiced corporate law in Silicon Valley, in both in-house and law firm settings, and I returned to Minnesota in 2009.
