I was provided tow service by John of Tony's Towing Service as a roadside assistance claim while traveling home to AR. What began as an incredibly stressful situation was made infinitely better by his warm and caring handling of the situation. He made phone calls to his supervisor to help me determine where to take my vehicle for quality repair service and then since it was a Sunday and the shop was not open ensured that I was delivered to the hotel of my choice that was within walking distance of restaurants. I would highly recommend Tony's Towing for the professionalism and warm and caring customer service that I received.
