We offer a wide array of services through our team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, licensed nursing assistants, medical social workers, bereavement counselors, homemaker companions, physical, occupational and speech therapists and volunteers. We partner with physicians and other providers, hospitals, long term care and assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, community organizations and more throughout the region to care for patients in their homes. We are members of the Rural Home Care Network and of the Home Care Association of New Hampshire. We are Medicare Certified and licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
