I had a great experience here Rissy Roo's. The best shopping place! They all have the best dresses and all girl accessories, especially for party purposes. Their staff was kind and very knowledgeable about their job. In fact, I have been recommending this shopping store. As always, we shared the same great experience. Best ever!
I ordered my daughters prom dress from Rissy Roo's and paid for express shipping through USPS but the warehouse only used UPS so I received a call right away with this information. After we settled this issue my daughters dress arrived the next day! However it was sent to the wrong address, I called Rissy Roo's and spoke with a rep who was professional, kind and patient. She was able to have UPS retrieve the dress and drop it off at my home.
My daughter loved the dress and looked beautiful at her prom. With so many scam companies on the internet it is nice to know their is a legitimate company out there. The best part? You can actually speak with a person and have any issues resolved promptly and with care.
