Hoyt, Morain & Hommer, P.C. was originally established in Jefferson, Iowa in December 2001 by Dave Hoyt under the name of Hoyt Law Firm after he spent nearly 20 years practicing law with another Greene County, Iowa law firm. David Morain joined the firm in 2006 and became an owner in the firm which took the name of Hoyt & Morain Law Firm, P.C. Brandon Hommer practiced with another local law firm before becoming an associate attorney for Hoyt & Morain Law Firm in 2020. Brandon is now an owner in the firm, taking the name Hoyt, Morain & Hommer, P.C. Our attorneys are actively involved with local civic, charitable and social organizations.
