Three Minnesota based electric cooperatives have joined together to bring "Exede" and "WildBlue" satellite based internet service to anyone, co-op members and non-members alike. The three cooperatives formed a limited liability corporation - Northland Connect Broadband LLC (Northland Connect) to oversee sales, service and support service to their Exede subscribers. Northland Connect offers installation flexibility by working with professionally trained installers to ensure prompt installation and service delivery. In addition, because of their buying power and affiliation with the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC).
