Bought a used F-150 from Jim Kott 3 months ago; really enjoyed working with Jim. After the purchase he took time to go through the vehicle controls to make sure I was comfortable. Less than a month after I bought the truck the rear defrost went out which caused the rear window to break - Jim engaged the owner himself and they stood by the vehicle they sold me and repaired it at no charge. GREAT SERVICE!!

This was my 6th vehicle (5 Fords) and the latest a Ram 1500. For me, I wouldn't go any other place. Ron and Rex are GREAT to deal with, no pressure. If there were more than 5 stars this dealership would get it. This goes for the service department as well.
